We want young people struggling with such problems to change their attitude towards themselves and love their body just as it is. We want to start the fight against this unpleasant phenomenon by educating young people through meetings with a psychologist, nutritionist and trainer, as well as through sports and culinary workshops. We also want to create a guide in which we will explain what body shaiming and body positive are all about.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We want:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>educate young people about body positive and body shaiming, how to support us and our perception of the world,<\/li>\n<li>facilitating people suffering from a lack of acceptance,<\/li>\n<li>change of status with respect to shaiming body phenomena,<\/li>\n<li>improved comfort of life, which do not accept their body,<\/li>\n<li>solidarity with young people,<\/li>\n<li>make young people sensitive to the problems of others,<\/li>\n<li>develop a youth nutrition tool.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;] Projekt \u201e(Im)perfectly perfect &#8220;
