This problem does not decrease with age. In addition, the time of the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly contributed to the increase in the incidence of many diseases (overweight, back problems, etc.). Due to the pandemic, young people were locked in the four walls of their room with access only to the Internet as the only way to spend their free time. This contributed to the increase in overweight and the deterioration of the mental state.
